Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 1 year experience in a SHEQ environment

  • Reviewing of Policies and Procedures

  • Ensure Material Handling Equipment constant and consistent availability for operational sustainability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Weekly and monthly reporting of nonactioned Drivecam and IVMS actions to BU Sheq Manager
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of nonactioned fatigue incidents to BU Sheq Manager
  • Consolidate KPI vehicle spotcheck checklists and report gaps to BU Sheq Manager.
  • Issue and maintain records of safety equipment and PPE uniform, other PPE
  • Consolidate First Aid and Safety Rep checklists and report to BU Sheq Manager.
  • Manage COID process on outstanding cases
  • Conduct site audits and site walkabouts as required
  • Arrange and manage attendance registers for toolbox talks, HSE meetings and safety standdowns.
  • Assist with incident / accident investigation and complete RCA report for customer and IM.
  • Capture and manage Nearmisses reporting
  • Manage BU RAP for all outstanding SHEQ issues.
  • Compile weekly and monthly Sheq reporting to BU Sheq Manager
  • Compile weekly and monthly Sheq reporting to Head Office and Customers
  • Conduct monthly audits on operational documentation like pretrip inspections, defect management, training files, alcohol and drug tests, training matrix etc.
  • Compile audit report to BU Sheq Manager and maintain internal audit RAP.
  • Manage customer specific SHEQ requirements.
