Employer Description
Company that specializes in short term rental accommodation of luxury accommodation across SA.

  • Acting as first point of contact : dealing with correspondence, queries and phone calls.
  • Facilitating bookings and guest liaison
  • Preparing proposals and invoicing guests, managing payments, deposits, breakage deposits and processing refunds all payment reconciliations
  • Controlling and obtaining guest check in documents prior to arrival, completed guest information forms and signed guest manuals
  • Managing and maintaining booking calendars on Hostaway and Nightsbridge
  • Assisting with adding photos and guest reviews to property websites
  • Guest concierge
  • Guest manuals


This role will require liaising with guests at a head office level, you will not be meeting with them at the properties.

Working hours are Monday - Friday but may require afterhours or weekend work if needed.

Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification.

Skills
Experience in similar role ideally within luxury hotel or lodge head office environment. Good admin skills. Good English business communication skills. Knowledge of Nightsbridge advantageous but willing to consider knowledge of other booking platforms. Good client relationship skills.
