Casino Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security and integrity of the Casino Operation without compromise. Keep a close eye on Patrons and Dealers.
• Ensure that all Dealers comply with the directives outlined in the Casino Operations Manual.
• Ensure accurate settlement of wagers by Dealers and precise financial transactions.
• Maintain the security of sensitive gaming equipment in the designated area.
• Supervise the opening and closing procedures of gaming tables, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Authorize and document all table fills and credits. Assist with Slot hopper fills and hand pays up to $5000.
• Assign Dealers in the pit area and monitor their performance.
• Produce accurate reports and accounts of gaming tables under supervision.
• Offer guidance and motivation to the Dealers under supervision.
• Assess rated patron's play and complete relevant paperwork concisely.
• Keep clear and concise pit reports, recording daily incidents in the pit log.
• Resolve gaming disputes and guest complaints, involving Surveillance and Casino Management when necessary.
• Report patron complaints and gaming disputes to Casino Management.
• Maintain Casino inventory, reporting any shortages or damages.
• Supervise the opening/closing of Slot machines when needed.
• Act as a Dealer when required.
• Verify and authorize onboard credit transactions at the table.
• Monitor junkets, house players, and high rollers, maintaining rating records with the Casino Host.
• Train new Dealers if necessary.
• Evaluate dealing staff accurately for Casino Management.
• Inspire Casino personnel through guidance and leadership.
• Support Casino promotions as delegated.
• Engage in company training programs.

Must be knowledgeable about the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and undertake appropriate procedures for the position.
