Overall purpose of the role:
To provide consultation to fund trustees/management committees, oversee daily fund management and logistics, facilitate communication between departments, with the ultimate goal of supporting the Senior/Principal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure satisfactory service for a client portfolio
- Maintain high standards of agenda packs, minutes, and consulting advice
- Demonstrate technical excellence in serving corporate clients
- Practice TCF in client interactions
- Foster client-centricity
- Manage fund communication plan
- Coordinate internal departments
- Focus on self-development
- Cultivate client relationships and ensure retention
- Attend and coordinate Trustee Meetings
- Stay informed of regulatory legislation and industry developments

Qualification and Experience:
- Bcom Degree or BA Law / LLB or equivalent NQF level
- CFP qualification advantageous
- FAIS accreditation beneficial
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Benefit Consulting Experience required

Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in Employee Benefits and wider financial services industry and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must possess own car and a valid driver's license
