Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for all catering for clients, staff, events and tuck shop.
- Management of staff.
- Menu preparation.
- Stock control and food procurement.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Ensuring all regulations and standards relating to catering are met.
- Related financial management including preparing and managing catering budget.
- Client liaison with all stake holders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience including full kitchen management, staff management, menu planning, food preparations and procurement.
- Compliance to food hygiene, health and safety regulations.
- Ability to plan and produce varying and interesting menus, taking any dietary requirements into consideration.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part part of a team.
- Excellent client liaison and communication skills
