Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they arrive at the beach bar and provide information on available food and beverage options.
Take food and drink orders and ensure accuracy.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and drinks and respond promptly and courteously to any requests or issues.
Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables, chairs, and service areas.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling and storage.
Work collaboratively with the beach bar team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Upsell food and beverage options to customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or food service position is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
R19,000.00 per month
