Duties:

The junior designer will assist the marketing department in all daily duties that needs to be completed

This will include:

  • Familiarising self with clients and build/maintain relationships with them
  • Keeping websites updated
  • Assist with quarterly
  • Assist with management of social media platforms
  • Manage all daily duties on social media and chat platforms.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Assistance of designing or adapting existing designs into the correct size and format for Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp posting.
  • Manage all client queries and messages on the social and chat platforms professionally and with excellent customer service in mind.
  • Communicate and alert all parties of possible client conflict before it becomes an issue.
  • Be aware of all duties of the marketing department and be able to take charge of same
