We are in search of a Senior JDE Analyst with a solid foundation and knowledge of JDE components like Financials, Fixed Assets, Warehousing, Plant, and Equipment. The main goal is to uphold, scrutinize, and back JD Edwards in line with the company's business needs. Liaising and keeping all stakeholders informed regarding the maintenance of JDE's operations is key, whether in the Functional areas of JDE or integrating 3rd party tools with JDE/Oracle.


Duties & Responsibilities
  • System Analysis & Support: Detect and resolve issues within the JDE system.
  • Ongoing Functional Support: Guide end-users, ensuring JDE applications are used effectively.
    Project Management: Supervise projects related to JDE improvements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaboration: Engage with IT and business units to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
    Business Process Enhancement: Comprehend business unit operations and requirements.
  • Innovations: Recommend and implement JDE application upgrades for enhanced business operations and data accuracy.
    Training & Documentation: Create and update detailed system documentation and conduct user training on JDE features.
    System Integration: Work with technical teams for seamless integration of JDE with internal systems and participate in integration testing.
    Compliance & Best Practices: Guarantee compliance with regulations and internal policies and stay informed about the latest JDE trends.
    Manage Requests: Arrange and prioritize bug fixes and enhancements to boost system functionality.
    Collaboration with CNC Administrator: Cooperate closely with the CNC Administrator for job scheduling and testing.
    Liaison with Analyst Programmer: Partner with the analyst programmer to enhance JDE functionality through external systems.
    Report Generation: Use BI Publisher for creating reports based on business reporting needs.
    Development Coordination: Identify present and future JDE developments with developers to align with business objectives.
    Training Coordination: Organize JDE training sessions to improve employee skills and system utilization.
Computer and Technical Ability
  • Knowledge: Essential computer literacy and technical know-how for successful job performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of Windows networking and PC hardware.
Education & Experience
  • Requirements: IT degree/certificate/diploma.
  • 5+ Years in functional support role on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 or higher, with expertise in Financials, Fixed Assets, Warehousing, Plant, and Equipment.
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards reporting and programming environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL in Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher/ BI Suite.
  • Experience in business intelligence and data warehousing.
  • Knowledge of java and xml protocols.
  • Project Management skills.
