Role Purpose
To provide technical marketing support to the business and sales channels supporting Momentum Health Solution business unit. This includes Momentum Medical Scheme, the low-cost benefit option Health4Me, Multiply and the closed scheme administration function.

Requirements:

  • BSc in actuarial science, BCom in relevant field, or Certified Financial Planner
  • Associate or fellow actuary preferred
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in healthcare or wellness industry
  • Minimum two years sales and marketing experience preferred
  • Technical marketing experience would be advantageous
  • MS Office proficient

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop technical marketing documents in response to, and in anticipation of, competitor positioning and industry issues.
  • Provide competitor analyses and comparisons of products in the market.
  • Provide market positioning of existing products and services to underscore the superior product features and our wellness philosophy.
  • Delivering efficient and consistent service and support to all internal and external clients, hence ensuring quality interaction and relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Sign off on all Health and Multiply technical information communicated in various forms.
  • Provide technical support to the sales channels.
  • Develop tools and calculators for use by intermediaries and clients according to business needs.
  • Market to intermediaries through the positioning of benefits via various marketing mediums and channels.
  • Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets, compiling account and competitor analyses.
  • Training on products and presenting from time to time to intermediaries and clients in regional areas.
  • Drive own performance and development keeping up to speed with latest knowledge and trends.
  • Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
  • Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
  • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
  • Assist with the collation of the information required for promotional literature.
  • Assist with drafting articles and promotional material for the company.
  • Position insights through presentations and media that translate to solutions and effective strategies.
  • Produce market insights for both new benefits as well as enhancements to existing benefits.
  • Reviewing written copy for the websites, online libraries and social media sites.
  • Lead research projects and identify new product enhancements in our existing market.
  • Keep abreast of any legal or regulatory developments that may affect our business.
