Are you a driven and dynamic recruitment professional with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities? We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to deliver exceptional recruitment services to our clients, while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews, providing feedback and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases for sourcing candidates.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
