As a Stock Controller at Salon Jean Paul, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring the efficient flow of products within our organization.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability of products while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.

Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile variances, and investigate discrepancies.

Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.

2.

Order Processing:
Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.

Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any order-related issues, such as delays or quality concerns.

Work closely with the procurement team to maintain accurate stock data.

3.

Data Analysis:
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, slow-moving items, and opportunities for cost savings.

Generate reports and provide insights to the management team for decision-making.

4.

Quality Control:
Ensure the quality and integrity of incoming and outgoing stock.

Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product standards.

5.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of stock movements, transactions, and adjustments.

Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.

6. Training and managing receptionist.
Ensure training manuals are created and updated for receptionist to follow
Ensure all new receptionists are inducted into the systems successfully
Ensure receptionists are held accountable for all stock control processes

7. Targets and online store
Ensure increase in store sales
Ensure an increase in individual employee sales
Ensure an increase in online store sales
Management and deliveries of online store sales

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of inventory control best practices and supply chain management principles.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Working Hours
08:30 - 16:30 (Tuesday - Saturday)
