Adhoc Facilitator

retail training.
Main Duties include:
- Preparation for Training
- Facilitation of Training Programs
- Reporting
- Conduct information days as required
- Conduct post assessments as required
- Coordinate training with Training Administrators and Regional Managers
Locations:
Must live in or travel to:
KZN South Coast, Kokstad, Harding, PMB, Howick, Bergville, Estcourt,
Hilton, Ballito, Richards Bay, Vryheid, Ladysmith and Durban North
Criteria:
- Own car is essential
- Min – a University Degree qualification
- Assessor or Moderator qualification is advantageous
- Excellent English communication and Presentation Skills
- Min 5 years experience in the workplace
- Min 2 years experience as a Facilitator
- Excellent administration skills with great attention to detail
- Min 5 years Computer Experience
- Able to motivate youth
- Prepared to work on an adhoc basis
