Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join their esteemed client's accounting team. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial records and reports.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and be eager to learn and grow within the field of finance. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level accounting professional to gain valuable experience and develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare bank account reconciliations and assist with payroll processing
  • Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of financial records
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Perform basic analysis and review of financial data
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Support the team with ad-hoc accounting and finance projects

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
