To provide Call Centre Agent Training in the Credit Services environment.

To develop and facilitate training across departments The incumbent develops training material, facilitates classroom training (mainly Vision system and soft skills) and responds to changes in business processes with adhoc training e.g.

new screens, online shopping training for agents, POPI training etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop training material for the credit environment including manuals, and eLearning content Plan training with the credit management team to ensure agents are able to perform to standard Facilitate classroom training sessions for credit services staff including system, soft skills and induction training Participate in the training of Learnership students within the Credit environment Maintain records of training completed for SETA purposes.

Complete adhoc training assignments in line with new business processes which require implementation Assist the HR Team when required with urgent assignments, for example, recruitment

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous training experience required
  • Ability to develop training material and content Systems orientation
  • Vision knowledge ideal
  • The ability to impart knowledge to learners
  • A strong performance track record This role does all the training for the non-collections staff in Credit Services. That includes Call Centre, Telemarketing, New Accounts, Multi-media and Fraud & Legal. The incumbent develops training material, facilitates classroom training (mainly Vision system and soft skills) and responds to changes in business processes with adhoc training e.g. new screens, online shopping training for agents, POPI training etc. Lately, this role is also developing and rolling out eLearning training to Call Centre staff. This key role also supports the Collections Training effort when and if required to ensure continuity and supports the HR Recruitment effort in Credit Services.
