The POE Coordinator is responsible for the management of student POE's, and all tasks, administration, processes and procedures related to it.


Educational Requirements
Grade 12
Diploma would be an advantage.
Previous experience within admin department within higher education would be preferred.
2-3 years administrative experience
MS office proficient

Duties and Responsibilities:


Ensure accurate building of portfolios and archiving for retention and retrieval of portfolios, storing electronically, following destruction procedures, and returning portfolios to students as per regulatory requirements after verification.

Portfolio building
Database management
Maintenance of database
Reporting
Maintenance of archiving and storage rooms
Dispatch portfolios via registered mail
Stationery Administration
