Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fastgrowing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency. The main purpose of the position is to Manage all Facilities and Health & Safety related tasks and staff initially based at Rosebank and at a later at our Randburg premises.
    Job description
  • Manage the Facilities staff to ensure that all toilets, kitchens and general operation areas are cleaned daily and thoroughly.
  • Manage the facilities stock in respect of the distribution and receiving of Coffee, Tea etc.
  • Manage the Cleaners and maintenance staff in line with head office standards and the Cleaners Charter.
  • Set up and Manage the Health & Safety team.
  • Manage the maintenance team and ensure all maintenance on the fire systems, generator or electrical system are up to date and attend to any issues affecting the operation of such systems.
  • Strive to create professional working relationships with the managers and staff.

Minimum requirements

  • National Senior Certificate / Matric
  • Relevant Health & Safety qualifications
  • Previous experience with managing a team beneficial.
  • Previous experience with Health & Safety is a requirement.
  • Working knowledge of Cartrack preferred
  • Working knowledge of CAMS system preferred
