We are a specialist business and technology consultancy specialising in technology talent acquisition for top-tier companies across various industries. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Junior Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for technology and talent acquisition to kick-start their career in recruitment.


Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, organisational culture, and technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Facilitate the offer and acceptance process, including negotiation of salary and benefits, to achieve successful placements.

Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify recruitment opportunities and challenges.
  • Conduct research on companies, competitors, and talent pools to gain insights and inform recruitment strategies.
  • Share market insights and best practices with team members to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, technology, or related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to build a career in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
