Responsible to close sales through face-to-face interaction with customers based within assigned sales territories. Required to meet with potential and existing customers to present sales proposals, inform customers of product benefits and features.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Conduct calls and facetoface meetings with customers daily
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Sell the companys products or services to customers within your given territory
  • Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer''''s specific needs
  • Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand

Qualification & experience:

  • Grade 1
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the earthmoving parts sector, sales experience
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • SAP system experience an advantage
  • Sales knowledge in the earthmoving parts sector
  • Active listener
