GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This role involves customer service and expertise in Home Security Systems for customers in the industry.

REPORTS TO: Store Manager or Area Manager

MERCHANDISING:

  • Follow correct procedures for product returns and transfers.
  • Maintain promotional displays and pricing labels.
  • Understand merchandising strategies.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES:
  • Provide a superior shopping experience.

  • Develop relationships with customers.
  • Set daily sales goals and follow up.
