  • Assist families in making funeral arrangements, including selecting caskets, flowers, and other necessary services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and funeral arrangements in our database.
  • Collaborate with funeral directors and other staff to ensure all services are delivered according to client preferences.
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and handle financial transactions related to funeral services.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support families during visitations and services, ensuring their comfort and addressing any last-minute needs or requests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and respect for clients’ personal information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a funeral or service-oriented industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with grieving families.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with database management preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
