A hard working pastry chef with experience in bread who is able to work on Thursdays and Fridays to help prep for a weekend.

Will be an assistant to the baker and be expected to help as needed in the small bakery.

A working knowledge of pastry is advantageous.

Must be neat and well spoken with a enthusiasm in dealing with customers as this is a customer facing position.

Barista skills although not required will be an advantage.
