Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree or diploma in management, retail, merchandising, sales, or a related field
  • 3 – 5 years' experience in the retail industry

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all store departments
  • Manage shrinkage levels and minimize stock loss
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Recruit, train, and manage store employees
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors
  • Allocate budgets and plan store finances
  • Evaluate sales reports and customer feedback
  • Plan new initiatives to increase store traffic
  • Control inventory and maintain product standards
  • Analyze market reports and competitor strategies
  • Set sales targets and review periodically
  • Manage billing and payment processes

Role Overview:

The Store Manager is responsible for all store functions, brand building, and maintaining the store's image and reputation.
