Grade 12Must have previous working experience in a similar position in a luxury lodge environment will be advantageousMust be computer literate and willing to learn new systemsMust be fluent in English (Verbal & Written) and a high level of telephone etiquetteA drivers license is essential Must have excellent planning and organizational skillsShould be a team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clientsMust be able to prioritize and manage tasks independentlyShould be friendly, professional and passionate about the Hospitality Industry
