Minimum Requirements / Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years post admission experience specialising in High Court Banking Litigation with specific focus on foreclosures and defended litigation.
  • Admitted attorney.
  • Possess high court litigation experience.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Previous experience in managing his/ her own department.
  • Previous experience in managing of junior personnel.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio independently.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Dynamic individual with excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Able to forge and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Willing to work overtime if operational requirements so dictate.
  • Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in working on AJS & Ghost Practice will be an added advantage.
