Qualifications and experience:

Matric or equivalent is required.


Bachelor's degree OR 1 year of administrative experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment experience is required.

Superb organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions and take actions independently.

Ability to manage cases and work within strict timelines.

Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to proofread and edit one's own work product.

Professional, respectful attitude towards all coworkers and clients.

Ability to receive and analyze information.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Duties and responsibilities:

First respond effectively/appropriately to immigration enquiries, and within specified timelines.

Pre - Assessing of quality of enquiry. Responding to poor quality leads and sending medium and good quality leads to the Immigration consultant

Contacting foreign embassies to ascertain any additional visa requirements, fees, submission process.


Prints/scans documents; update, save scanned documents into our electronic file system and maintain client files, including editing letters and forms.

Follows up with clients and foreign nationals for completed questionnaires and missing documents; requesting checks.

Requests checks and processes invoices

Other projects/tasks as assigned

Skills and competency:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

Ability to successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands

Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks

Provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards for services and meet or exceed client expectations. Proactive in seeking innovative ways in which to help others

Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills

Pay:
From R10 000,00 per month

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
