  • A wellestablished company based in Northriding, Gauteng is looking for a Dispatch Controller to join their team.

Required Qualifications / Experience:

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Previous experience in a similar field.
  • A valid forklift licence would be an advantage.
  • Functional knowledge of computer use is required.
  • SAP scanning experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Picking equipment as per picking list issued by the sales staff / branches.
  • Packing equipment for shipping and completing the relevant shipping documents.
  • Communicating effectively with all sales staff, including other branches, or head office, production staff and stock operating personnel.
  • Checking stock quantities of all components handled by the finished goods staff.
  • Handling the packing and storage of finished goods off the production line (where this is applicable).
  • Stores personnel must be prepared to work overtime to process late/ urgent orders that require picking, packing and shipment on the same day.
  • Stores personnel must keep their work area and stores neat and tidy.
  • Maintaining accurate stock controls and ensuring that the physical and electronic stock levels are always in sync.
  • Performing stocktake functions on a regular basis.
