Main purpose of the job


To manage employees in a specific team, ensure that work is completed efficiently and reviewed, and discussed with directors prior to being finalised.

Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform reviews on work that has been completed by clerks
  • Ensure changes to work have been effected
  • Drawing up financial statements
  • Statutory returns; including VAT, PAYE, UIF
  • Ensure files are finalised according to company standards
  • Perform reviews on work that has been completed by clerks
  • Ensure clerks carry out work efficiently and effectively
  • Responsible for staff development, training and coaching
  • Ensure correct training/planning
  • Perform evaluations on clerks performance
  • Ensure timesheets are completed timeously
  • Ensure that jobs completed have been invoiced
  • Key performance indicators
