Position DescriptionJoin a reputable and forward-thinking law firm with offices in both Hull and Manchester as a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner.

The firm are expanding their teams and seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about clinical negligence law and eager to make a meaningful impact on their clients' lives.


Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients, counsel, defendants, experts, and other third parties.
Support senior solicitors with their caseloads.
Handle your own cases (dependant on experience).Collate and review documentation and evidence, including medical records.
Obtain medical evidence and instruct counsel.
Take witness statements and attend case conferences.
Comply with internal procedures and best practices.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner.
Exposure to a variety of clinical negligence cases.
Experience with CFAs and legal aid funded cases desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
