Main purpose of the role:

Setting out, communicating, and ensuring that all stages of a project/job are completed in compliance with the needed deliverables.

The deliverables for each project may vary, but will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Project management, including timeframes and deliverables, from the beginning stages through the completion of deadline requirements.
Managing daily schedules, holding frequent production meetings, and providing progress reports.
Working on several projects and keeping all stakeholders informed of progress or challenges.
Copy checking and verifying material is accurate and in compliance with the brief and the appropriate businesses' corporate identities.
Booking OOH media and controlling the material transfer procedure and deadlines.

Requirements:

Job experience of 1- 2 years in media management, media trafficking and or project management

Educational Level:
Relevant degree or diploma required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in media trafficking programs will be advantageous
Knowledge and understanding of various media channels.
Working in a media role as traffic manager, you will require a combination of creative flair, attention to detail
Skills at working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
You will require solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills.

As traffic manager, you must possess great organizational competencies and be able to manage multiple project deliverables from start to finish.

Impressive copywriting skills and knowledge or experience in the FMCG or media agency would be advantageous.

Daily requirement will be to make sure that content/adverts are submitted or up-loaded at the appropriate time, in the agreed channel/medium and as per the deadline dates.
