5 star game lodge in KNP.


Newly renovated 5 star game lodge in Big 5 game reserve seeks a strong couple to manage the operations - lodge opens in January 2024.

24 sleeper with a staff compliment of 35.


Your role will be to ensure the lodge is ready to open in January 2024, put all systems and policies in place and you will then be responsible for the full management of the lodge and staff once opened as well.

Experience in Opening of Top Notch Establishments is highly beneficial.

Qualifications
Relevant hospitality qualifications.

Skills
At least 5 years' experience in a full operational management role of a 5 star game lodge. Strong operationally. Excellent Staff training and management skills. Exceptionally guest orientated. Attention to detail. Strong admin skills.
