Responsibilities:

  • Work with the head coach to deliver technical analytics coaching and support to our cohort of trainees throughout their Analytics course, with the first course due to start in midFeb 202
  • Facilitate and coach students directly in 121, in small groups, or in larger classroom sessions
  • Ensure the quality of the studentexperience is top notch and that our students leave ready to take on exciting careers in analytics
  • Provide a fair assessment of each of the students on their performance within the course
  • Provide feedback to the wider team on areas for improvement

Ideal Requirements:

  • 5+ years in analytics ideally as a senior analyst, lead analyst, or manager
  • Fluent in our tech stack stats, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python, or another visualisation tool and willing to learn
  • Experience facilitating training and coaching sessions for groups of learners
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
