Background

Sous la supervision et encadrement de IT Officer et Logistic Coordinator, le (la) stagiaire est invité(e) à participer à toutes les activités de la section.

**Objectif**

Dans son apprentissage, le/la stagiaire servira de support au IT manager basé à Bukavu sur les plaintes des utilisateurs, les projets ICT, Digitalisation du programme, documenter les procédures et les problèmes connus.

Il/elle pourra également participer aux projets en cours tel que l'archivage électronique, gestion des assets, cela permettra d'organiser de manière efficace les ressources informatiques, réduire les plaintes des utilisateurs, les coûts liés à la sous-utilisation et /ou mauvaise utilisation des ressources.

Le/la stagiaire apportera son assistance à l'accompagnement de l'équipe des Opérations, programmes et adhèrera aux obligations contractuelles et procédures internes dans un délai record et apportera son appui dans l'optique d'atteindre le seuil requis par rapport aux indicateurs clés de performances (KPI).

Les activités en cours auxquelles le (la) stagiaire devra activement prendre part sont:
**PRINCIPALES TACHES**:
Sous la supervision du IT Officer, le/la stagiaire IT a comme tâches principales:

- Affecter les tickets sur la plateforme JIRA Cloud de gestion des plaintes des utilisateurs (Helpdesk) ;
- Apprendre la résolution des plaintes utilisateurs ;
- Participer au renforcement de capacité de staffs ;
- Assister à tout autre activité et projet dans le cadre de son apprentissage ;
- Assister les utilisateurs à résoudre les problèmes liés au système d'exploitation, réseau et autres ;
- Détection et réparation des pannes d'infrastructure réseaux informatiques ;
- Installation et configuration (logiciel, drivers, imprimante, messagerieetc)
- Participer à la migration du serveur local vers Microsoft azure ;
- Apporter le support lors des réunions dans les salles de réunion et à l'extérieur du bureau ;
- Documenter toutes les demandes soumises à notre système de billetterie JIRA.
- Produire un rapport des activités hebdomadaire du département et documenter tous les problèmes résolus et non résolus ;

**Salary**: R11 473,02 - R37 402,83 per month
