About the roleAs the Senior Manager of Network Design and Optimisation at TooMuchWifi, you will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, design, and continuous improvement of our fixed-wireless network.
You will lead a team of network engineers and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance network capacity, reliability, and quality of service.
What you will be doingNetwork Planning and Strategy:Develop and execute strategic plans for network expansion, capacity enhancement, and technology upgrades.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define network architecture and long-term network development goals.Network Design and Deployment:
Lead the design and implementation of fixed-wireless network infrastructure, including base stations, antennas, and customer premises equipment.
Ensure network designs meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements.
Network Optimization:
Oversee network performance monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance network efficiency and quality of service.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide solutions.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Required Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in network design, optimization, and management, with a focus on fixed-wireless technologies.
Strong understanding of fixed-wireless networking protocols, standards, and emerging trends.
Proven leadership experience, including team management and project leadership.
