  • Basic Understanding Of All Vehicle Parts/Components/Systems And Their Function Within A Vehicle
  • Mandatory Experience Of Motor Industry Quality Data Analysis And Statistics
  • Mandatory Experience In Using Systems (E.G. AWS, ECB, BSAQ, GSAR, RDA Online System)
  • Ability To Clearly Interpret Findings Within Analysis And Provide Feedback To PVT Manager/ PVT PM Supervisor As Well As VW Team
  • Expert Level Knowledge Of MS Excel
  • Proficient In MS PowerPoint And Word
  • Have The Ability To Interpret Top Concerns And Be Able To Understand Whether Help Required Items Are Formulated Correctly And Meet Escalation Requirements
  • Strong Presentation And Facilitation Skills Mandatory.
  • Program Management Skills Will Be Of Great Benefit.


Minimum Requirement of 7 To 10 Years of Data Analysis Experience in the Motor Industry with a BSc In Mathematical Science/Statistics Or Engineering Degree.

Experience In VW Warranty System (Advantageous).

Proficient In German (Speak, Read And Write) (Advantageous).

  • Responsible For Investigating All J73 Quality Data On Date Of Issue And Providing A Summary Of Findings.
  • Be The SPOC And Subject Matter Expert With Regard To All J73 Quality Data Analysis And Quality Data Systems.
  • Track Any Data Anomalies And Ensure These Are Addressed By The Global System Quality Teams.
  • Responsible For Change Control On Any J73 Related Engineering Changes As Well As Tracking Of J73 Related Concerns And CRFs
  • Responsible For The Deployment And Management Of Any J73 Related OPD Actions Such As SIPs, Running Changes And MTCs.
  • Join VW Quality Meetings To Provide Summarized Feedback On Actions Taken By Plant And Various Functions.
  • Compile All J73 Related SAR Decks, VQR Deck, JPQ Deck, And Any Other Quality Presentations including Meeting Agendas & Minutes
  • Responsible for CPU Weekly Meeting Agenda, Minutes and Tracking
  • Requires full onSite support
