Responsibilities:

Prepare appropriate legal documents for the company.
Evaluate new partnership for the company and if it is best for the company.
Represent the company in legal proceedings.
Design and oversee the company's legal policies.
Protect the company for any legal risks.
Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues.
Structure, draft, and review all reports.
Draft and administer all contracts and any company supporting documents.
Provide utmost confidentiality in all business matters.

Requirements:

3 Year experience in Corporate law.
Ph.
D, M.D, or J.D required.
Excellent communication skills Good listening skills and respect for keeping information private.
Well presented.
Critical thinker and problem solver.
Pay close attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment. Ability to multi-task.

Salary:
From R40,000.00 per month
