We are in search of skilled and experienced Registered Nurses to join our energetic healthcare team in the Middle East. As a Registered Nurse, your primary role will involve delivering compassionate and thorough patient care, while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, substantial clinical experience, and a dedication to delivering top-notch healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly administer patient care, encompassing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing actions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment strategies.
  • Dispense medications and treatments following physician directives and established protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant medical staff.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment choices, and preventive healthcare measures.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct personalized patient assessments, with a focus on data collection based on the patient's immediate needs, within the specified timeframe outlined by the facility's policies and in accordance with nursing practice standards.
  • Provide necessary treatments as prescribed by the physician promptly and accurately.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with other healthcare team members to uphold the patient's care plan.
  • Deliver ongoing education tailored to the patient and family's learning capabilities.
  • Record patient assessment findings, responses to nursing interventions, and progress towards issue resolution.
  • Initiate and participate in emergency resuscitation procedures as per protocol.
  • Maintain current competencies in medical-surgical nursing.
  • Assist physicians in medical and surgical diagnostic procedures by preparing patients and organizing required materials.
  • Integrate ethical principles across all areas of practice and report any unethical or incompetent practices.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding patients, families, and facility staff.
  • Adhere to Standard Precautions as per CDC, OSHA, and Kuwait MOH guidelines.
  • Understand and fulfill responsibilities outlined in Emergency Action Plans appropriately.

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Training:

  • Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or Registered Nurse/Midwife Diploma.
  • Possesses a valid practice license in their home country.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records systems.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Maintains essential hospital certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS), etc.
