Title: Branch Manager - Electronic Security, Solar, and Electrical

Location: Kyalami, Johannesburg

Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team in the electronic security, solar, and electrical field. The ideal candidate should have excellent project and time management skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As the Branch Manager, your role will involve overseeing all branch operations, driving business growth, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, project management, installation, and service delivery, to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to foster business growth and expand market presence in the electronic security, solar, and electrical sectors.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Effectively manage and allocate resources to enhance productivity and meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to branch staff, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, including sales forecasts, budget analysis, and project progress updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments and branches to streamline processes, share best practices, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand awareness and strengthen business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership position in the electronic security, solar, or electrical sector.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, focusing on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic security systems, solar energy systems, or electrical systems is advantageous.
