As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of innovative software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. Your technical expertise, strong communication skills, and strategic mindset will contribute to the growth and success of our company and our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business needs and technical feasibility
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders and team members
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and industry trends
  • Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a technical product owner/project manager/business analyst
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
  • Experience working in Agile environments, preferably with Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with market research and data analysis
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycle processes
