Up market group of Restaurants located across the Johannesburg and Gauteng regions


A well established group of Restaurants is seeking front of house managers and kitchen managers, to help improve guest satisfaction and overall profit of the business.

Your roles and responsibilities would entail the following, although not limited to:

  • Daily stock counts
  • Input of stock
  • Variance reporting
  • Implement strict health and safety protocols
  • Staff training both front of house and back of house
  • Ensure total guest satisfaction all round
  • Marketing of the brand
  • Shift rosters
  • Report to the Executive Chef and General Manager, with full cost reports and overall development of the business

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant experience gained

Skills
Minimum 5 years experience gained in a management role in a Restaurant. Excellent stock control. Admin strong. Strong guest relations. Must know relative POS systems, front of house and back of house. Sound knowledge of HACCAP.
