Upmarket/Fine Dining Restaurant in JHB North.
To oversee the full running of a busy, upmarket restaurant.
Must have experience on Gaap/Micros.
Ability to oversee the bar and restaurant operations.
Ability to manage a large staff compliment (50 staff).
Qualifications
Hotel Management diploma.
Skills
At least 5 years' experience in similar role overseeing a large staff compliment. Exceptionally customer centric.
