Do you have a confident sunny disposition with experience being the main organiser within a company's warehouse stores sector? Our client based in Milnerton requires your excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans, drivers license and own transport, with a "can do" attitude, continually looking to make improvements for job requirements.

The role incorporates administration, ensuring the warehouse and stores are always clean and inventory requirements are in order.

Requirements:

  • Matric, with 2 years experience in similar role
  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans, dealing with people on all levels
  • A well presented individual with a sunny disposition
  • Top organisation ability so that everything runs accurately
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and Own transport

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from clients and staff
  • Dealing with requests
  • Receiving of stock
  • Picking and packing of stock
  • Managing filing system for warehouse
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the stores
  • Manage requirements for courier services and shipment requests
  • Purchasing of consumables for cleaning that is required
  • Manage any additional requirements needed by staff for client requirements
