Job Description:

  • In this role you will implement projects and programs that will have continuing longterm benefits in terms of user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness and drive innovation and continuous improvement of processes and systems within GSS People Services.

The primary accountabilities will incorporate:

  • Support the development and implementation of a 'bestinclass' continuous improvement approach across GSS People Services with a strong focus on Service performance
  • Collaborate with the GSS PS CI team to implement the CI Strategy and support automation opportunities within service delivery
  • Ensure continuous measurement of the performance of the processes, solutions and services against defined service levels to identify opportunities for refinement of the process to increase efficiency, effectiveness and customer centricity
  • Partners with Group HR Centres of Excellence (COE) and GSS PS Service Line Leads to ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are identified, prioritised, and optimised in line with the Group People & Organisation strategy, achieving objectives through effective service delivery
  • Ensure Knowledge Management practices are in place to improves decision making, increase efficiency to access knowledge, ensures a common understanding and systematically maintain knowledge and data for GSS PS
  • Implement and drive value adding customer solutions by working with key stakeholders, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change
  • Translate requirements into process and technical designs that meet business expectations and are in harmony with the GSS PS service catalogue
  • Contribute to post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to enable these improvements to be made for future projects
  • Support teams to build and embed new capabilities
  • Work with GSS PS service delivery teams to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
  • Be a catalyst of change to facilitate performance transformation projects
  • Perform process confirmations to ensure the change is embedded

This role is at a Band 6 level, reporting to the GSS PS Global Continuous Improvement Business Partner.
**Qualifications

  • Qualification**:
  • An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors / Honours degree or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline
  • Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt will be advantageous

Experience required:

  • Minimum 35 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • A 'completerfinisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Some travel required
  • An incumbent must be cleared by the relevant employee background check.
