As a Vehicle Stock Controller you will be committed to achieving excellence in everything you do and have the ability to inspire the same from your team.

This role will see you effectively maintain, order and control the availability of vehicle stock to optimize potential sales.


Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a hands on role in the sales department to ensure departmental profitability and outstanding customer service.


_Role and responsibilities:
_

  • You need to be highly organized, with excellent operational, budgeting, communication, planning, time management and customer handling skills.
  • Stock Management (New and PreOwned vehicles)
  • Demo and Fleet Management
  • Floorplan Management
  • Invoice Management
  • Natis Management
  • Tradein

_Skills and abilities:

  • Superior engagement with staff and suppliers.
  • Able to work under Pressure.
  • Deadline driven ability to meet targets.
  • Handson operational support
  • Problem solver.
  • Excellent Attention to detail.

_Required qualifications and experience:
_

  • Stock Management experience + 3 years compulsory.
  • Must have knowledge of Payable Accounts Processes (Suppliers).
  • Must have Invoice Management and Floorplan Management Experience.
  • Dealer Management System (DMS) Experience
  • Evolve Favourable.
  • Must have at least 3 years' experience as a Dealership Stock Controller.
