Closed : YesDescription:Our client, Breëriviervallei Bottelering, situated in Worcester, has an exciting opportunity for an excellent team player with strong technical and managerial skills to join their team and assist in delivering on strategic and quality objectives of the cellar.

The successful candidate will report to the Manager:
Planning & Wine Services

Duties include:
*winemaking process as part of the winemaking team *blending and stabilisation of wine *quality control *inventory management *cellar staff management *cellar hygiene *wine/cellar administration, invoicing and record keeping *all other functions related to the position

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Viticulture/Oenology;
• Minimum 2 years' winemaking experience, ideally including some harvests;
• Strong computer skills (MS Office);
• Experience in Food Safety Standards (BRC/IFS);
• Experience with IPW & SAWIS will be advantageous;
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans);
• Own reliable transport and valid driver's license
