We're seeking an experienced and talented e-commerce executive to join our start-up e-commerce retailer of tech and lifestyle accessories.

You will play a pivotal role in optimising our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

As an e-commerce executive, you'll maintain all our sales touchpoints - website, online marketplaces - and oversee online sales, despatch orders, manage stock inventories, and optimise the overall customer experience.


Required skills and qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the ecommerce industry
  • Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management and other ecommerce operations to optimise sales and customer engagement.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways and logistics systems.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Experience managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon.
  • Preferred: A bachelor's degree in ecommerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Job Type:

  • Full Time.
  • Location: Constantia, Cape Town (must have own transport)
  • Start date as soon as possible.
