Senior Superintendent

Hire Resolve's Client is currently partnering with a reputable mining company to find a highly experienced and skilled Senior Superintendent. This position will be based in North West.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise all field operations and activities on construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Coordinate subcontractor and vendor activities.
- Manage and mitigate risks on the project site.
- Prepare and review project schedules and progress reports.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior construction personnel.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience in respect of managing sections of a Tailings and/or Remining Site, as Superintendent level or as Mine Overseer / Superintendent Mining Production experience would be an advantage
- Must have practical and hands-on experience in the management of foremen, labour and plant resources
- Experience in planning and setting up tailings projects, preferably at Superintendent level or higher.
- At least 5 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a tailings / mining environment, at Superintendent level
