  • Responsible for scoping, designing, building, servicing and supporting all new and existing reports / dashboards within the organisation with the goal of providing robust analytical solutions that support the strategic aims
  • Responsible for gathering, inspecting, cleaning, transforming, and modelling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decisionmaking
  • Responsible for capturing data requirements to design, extend or maintain, logical and physical data models which support new and existing BI initiatives
  • Supporting the full BI lifecycle from requirements analysis through design and development, and through release and support/maintenance phases
  • Understand the business requirement to develop real time interactive dashboards and reports
  • Develop & Provide data analytic services to internal stakeholders to help solve critical business problems, drive value, and build strategies and insight from data
  • Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problemsolving requests
  • Train team members/users on Power BI tool, dashboards and reports, as required

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics or Finance
  • 35 years experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced Power BI capabilities
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience processing, manipulating, enriching, and analysing large datasets, interpreting them for making business decisions
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualisation best practices
  • Ability to manage, design, build and deploy reports and dashboards using the functionality available in Power BI
  • Ability to conduct endtoend data and visualisation testing, produce and maintain deliverables of consistent quality
  • Knowledge of database structures
  • Ability to understand functional and nonfunctional requirements to create appropriate and effective technical BI solutions
