TECHNICAL PERSONAL ASSISTANT - RANDBURG
Main duties and responsibilities

Diary Management:

  • Organizing of Meetings
  • Conferences
  • Appointments
  • Rescheduling
  • Travel
Co-Coordinating of and booking of travel arrangements - Directors business & Personal

Monthly Credit Card statements

Managing Projects Full Administrative & Financial Reconciliation

Driving - Business and Personal

Full Office Administrative Support

  • Payments and Recons
  • Applications and completion of all relevant documents
  • Agreements
Attending Meetings in Directors Absence Minute taking and Feedback

Sourcing and Ordering of stationery / office supplies needed

Interception of less important requests

Inform Directors of all Internal and external correspondence

Responding to urgent requests

Managing and reviewing of filing systems

Typing and review of Documents

Planning and execution of events

Ensure knowledge of all facets of company

Draw up of management contracts

Take Messages and respond or discuss with the Directors

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

Reminding the Directors of meetings in time to attend those.

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

Organising events and conferences.

Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

Managing databases and filing systems (physical and electronic).

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.

Collating and filing expenses.

A sense of urgency is always required, as deadlines are not negotiable

Attention to detail is also non-negotiable

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE REQUIRED IN THE ISP INDUSTRY

  • Installation, maintenance, support, decommissions and repairs of telecommunications links
  • Client liaison and communication on escalated queries
  • In dept understanding of the Companys relevant departments and contact persons

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2 3 years experience as PA in the ISP Industry

Qualification in IT advantageous
