Content Creator

This role focuses on creatively encapsulating the company products with the help of the graphics designers, as well as the events where products are displayed to the clients as required on various social media platforms following the approved social media calendar as specified by Senior Management to display the company in the best light while staying up to date with current social media trends.

• Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the Senior Management's needs and vision per the approved social media calendar.
• Create and present a monthly social media calendar.
• Keeping budget, time, and production constraints in mind.
• Preparing mockups and presenting to Senior Management prior to posting.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Working and collaborating with clients, graphics designers, sales, photographers, and production.
• Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media, above and below the line.
• Adhering to the company's brand identity and guidelines.
• Communicating with Senior Management progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
• Ensuring all social media queries are tended to by the relevant parties.
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
• Posting 03 times a day minimum on the various social media platforms in varying formats.
• Manage the company newsletter.
• Assisting external representatives with their administrative tasks
• Gathering trend research and material reference for concept and design meetings, having an extreme understanding of the company products.
• Perform related duties as assigned by superior.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Must have social media experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with colleagues.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualize original ideas.
• Have a strong, wellrounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic.
• Good communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to clients and team members.
• Be a skilled user of design softwares.
• Mindful of company's's needs and the time and costs associated with what you will be delivering.
• Have an active interest in art/design and passionate about the work you deliver.

• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the legislation.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company rules and regulations.
