Quality Control:
Packing: Packing of finished products into designated packaging materialsInspection: Check for quality, consistency, and appearance before packingLabelling: Apply labels and ensure all packages are correctly labelled with product informationSealing: Properly seal packages to maintain freshness and prevent damage during shippingCounting: Accurately count and pack the correct number of candy pieces in each packageDocumentation: Maintain records of packed products, including quantities and any issues encountered

Inventory Management:

Stock Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring inventory levels of packaging materials and report when supplies are lowEquipment Operation and Maintenance:Operate basic packing machinery and equipment, ensuring they function efficiently and safelyPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of packing equipment to ensure optimal operationReport any issues with machinery or packing processes to supervisorsFood Safety and Hygiene:Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all food safety and sanitation protocolsQualifications required:Minimum of MatricPrevious experience in a packing or manufacturing environment is a plusRequirements include:Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills for counting and inventory tasksPhysical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move packages as neededThe post Packers Assistant appeared first on
